Draughton Height Riding Centre is situated high on a hill looking down on the magnificent scenery of Wharfedale, Airedale and beyond. The A65 Skipton to Addingham & Ilkley road is at the bottom of he hill and Keighly, Otley, Silsen, Steeton, Bolton Abbey, Lancashire towns and the Yorkshire Dales area all within easy reach.

We have a Large Indoor Arena with an up to the minute surface of sand and rubber. Riders of all shapes and sizes can be accommodated as we have small Welsh ponies and all sizes of horses up to 16 h.h. (although we do have a weight limit of 16 stones).

Lessons are available for complete beginners, for those who have not ridden for ages and for experienced riders wishing to improve their skills. We have a small cross country course.

Hacking Out. For those of you with riding experience we can arrange hacks ranging from 1 hour up to 4 hours. All hacks are accompanied and you will have the opportunity to see the Dales scenery at close quarters.

During school holidays we have Pony Days, Jumping Clinics, Stable Management days and other fun events. We have Showing and Jumping competitions in the arena several times a year.
